Unopened, unused accessories and food items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Because of animal welfare and health considerations, live pets and fish are generally not eligible for return once delivered. If an animal arrives unwell, contact us within 24 hours.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
